Booth Reservation:
Exhibition booths are allocated on ‘first come, first served’ basis, please ensure you provide alternative choices of booth location when you return your reservation form.
Bank Transfer
Cancellations:
A cancellation fee of 50% of total amount will be applied for cancellations received in writing before June 20, 2016.
No refunds can be made thereafter.
